Prezi is a cloud-based presentation software that opens up a new world between whiteboards and slides. Prezi is a type of presentation software that uses zoom function to make presentations different. Imagine power point and google map. What if you had the ability to create your own power point slide but you can zoom into a certain word and it will send you to a new slide? Prezi is an easy and unique function that should do well in the new future as we move more into the digital age. Prezi has an advantage over power point that all information is on one screen. Theres no need to have hundreds of slides. You can just use one and shrink the features to fit into one slide. And if you need to get to a certain topic, you just click on it and it zooms into that topic opening a new slide. I watched how the program worked for coca-cola. I saw how they made a coke bottle, and put all there product information around the bottle. If you wanted to know a certain fact about coke you would click on the topic and it would zoom into that area opening the topic and the data they put in for that topic. I like how easy it is to set-up a presentation. The wheel setting makes it easy to manipulate the items in the presentation. This wheel allows you full access to the items you place in way that you can turn it, change font/size, stretch or shrink, and even add or delete additions to that item. I recently made a prezi file called test. I used the road ahead template to start my program. In this presentation I put my plans for the military, plans for family, guidelines for school, and I even made a bucket list. I put in nice pictures to give this presentation a nice visualization. I really enjoyed using this software and I hope I can use this someday in my career.
