I am pleased to provide a reference for Sarah Cook who is applying for Camp America in
summer 2009. Sarah is registered as a full time undergraduate student of medicine at
The Royal Free and University College London Medical School and this year is completing
her BsC. I have been her Medical Student Advisor since she started clinical medicine in
September 2006 and meet her regularly to monitor her progress. Sarah is a keen and
enthusiastic student who has performed well to date in her clinical attachments and
examinations. She is mature and competent and has good communication and
interpersonal skills. Sarah would have no problems working with children and would
adjust and participate well at camp. She is very capable of leading and taking
responsibility for her actions. I have no doubt Sarah would be a valuable asset to the
