Application form (from NNI) Cost = 110 L.E -1 Certificate of ingredients of the product written on the company letterhead and with the company stamp/seal -2 Certificate of analysis of the product on the company letterhead and with the company stamp/seal -3 Stability study for the product from a certified reference lab -4 Free sale certificate of the product indicating that the product is freely sold in the country of origin with the -5 same name and the same composition , certified from the official responsible body and legalized by the Egyptian Embassy in the country of origin Letter of authorization from the company in the country of origin to the Egyptian company , certified from -6 official responsible body and legalized by the Egyptian Embassy in the country of origin Certificate which proves that the company (manufacturer/ producer) follows the GMP and food safety system,-7 certified from the official responsible body .Certificate of free sale of the product in other countries ( if available), certified from the company -8 .Six labels for the product showing the labeling information in Arabic and English -9 :Please kindly note the following .Registration for each product is valid for five (5) years .The documents mentied above are submitted once only during registration and for re-registrationRegistration cost for each product = 6000 LE
