    Lessons learnt
    The programme was a success. The major

    feedback from the participants was the timing. More number of sessions were needed. In the next years, it was resolved to hold the programme for 5 days instead of 3 days. Also, participants from other colleges/institutions could be invited as all the Universities could not conduct such sessions on their own.
