ORDINANCE NO. 07-12

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EWING TOWNSHIP SALARY ORDINANCE

ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF EWING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007

BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Ewing that the Salary
Ordinance establishing compensation of Officers and Employees of the Township of
Ewing for the fiscal year 2006-2007 is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. The following Salaries are hereby established for the compensation of
Officers and Employees for the fiscal year 2006-2007:

TITLE Prior Salary New Salary Range

DEPUTY MUNICIPAL $49,114.00 $34,295.00 to $49,114.00

CLERK

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication
according to law.

STATEMENT

This Ordinance amends the Salary Ordinance of the Township of Ewing for the position
of the Deputy Municipal Clerk.
