Dear Dr. Sta. Maria; Warmest greetings! This is the medical hardship letter to state our inability to pay the bill for amount of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 120,000.00) for the hospital confinement of our father, Mr. Jaime R. Aycardo at Mother Seton Hospital due to Diabetes Mellitus Stage II last May 3 until May 30, 2012. We are so hesitant to ask financial assistance to your organization for help but because of our present situation we are asking for some assistance and please consider this letter of financial request to your organization knowing that your organization is basically after the welfare of your members and their families, and others who are also in dire need. All of us have minimal income which is just enough to cover basic necessities of our own families, and by paying hospital charges at once as required, would lead us serious financial hardship for us. Generous donors like you can help us cope with our need. We hope that we can count on your support to help us with our predicament. Thank you very much.
