Project Title: Mid - Sem General Assembly Objective/s: 1. To gather all marine cadets/cadettes in an assembly wherein certain topics and issues shall be taken to make a stronger relation between the CME and its cadets/cadettes. 2. To initiate an assembly that should inform and reiterate the cadets/cadettes about upcoming the activities and programs that will be administered by the CME and TIP; as well as 3. To inculcate to the participants the true importance of TIPs core values, mission and vision for its students and teaching and non-teaching staff. This reflects the Filipino seafarers becoming one of the many parts that bound the unity of the nation towards a greater horizon of highest standard of education. Like that of the CMEs Mission, the theme also stresses the importance of education as a process of effective learning to become successful in the chosen field of profession. This assembly also seeks to listen and understand the thoughts and questions of its participants to turn those thoughts into actions and their questions into an answer and so, make a strong relation between the CME and its cadets and cadettes.

Methodology: This assembly shall adopt the common flow of assemblies held in the pass gatherings. Though most of its part shall be modified to induce the entertainment while learning value of the assembly, it shall not deviate from its objectives that we aim to achieve by the end of the assembly. *Please see attached program flow for the conduct of the assembly. Projected Budget: *Please see attached Budgetary Plan for the materials and budget allocation for the activity. Recommendation: This project can be subjected to revision if any of its part is deliberated to be unimportant or needs improvement.
