First Interview
The E&Y interview is a standard interview with the questions based on your competency and it will take around 50 minutes. The manager of the line of service you applied in will take responsibility of interviewers in this case. The questions you have to answers including: 1. What are the reasons for your choice of working for Deloitte? 2. Why you want to work in audit/ tax/advisory department? 3. Have you ever changed your working way to help other person? 4. Do you think that if someone is the team leader, he has to be expertise at something? 5. Have you ever changed your working way to solve the problems? 6. Are you interested in hard work? 7. Do you believe in talent or hard work? 8. From the previous job, do you ask for more responsibility?

Partner Interview
The partner interview at E&Y is substantially based on more competency than other companies. The most frequently questions the interviewers used to ask you in the first round are following: 30. Why do you choose Ernst & Young, not another Big 4 or other smaller firms? 31. Why did you applied on audit/tax/advisory, not other lines of service? 32. What is audit/tax/the line of service you have applied? 33. Have you ever promoted or motivated someone? 34. Have you ever worked in team or group with others? 35.
