ATTENTION ALL CADETS:

Pinning Ceremonies
The short-sleeve blues uniform is the required and official uniform for all cadets for all pinning ceremonies within NCS. The blues uniform must be complete and proper for the ceremony (and at all times when you wear it). This includes all insignia, ribbons, nameplate, etc. In addition, all cadets must meet CAP grooming standards. If you do not have your blues uniform in proper order, you will not participate in the pinning ceremony. You will be promoted but not pinned. All cadets should obtain and wear their blues uniform as soon as possible after joining NCS.
