CLASSES

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business, Chris Balme volunteered as a 7th grade science teacher in CHRIS BALME Philadelphia. He was shocked at how disconnected the school and students were from the community and founded Spark in response. Spark has schools identify their most disengaged students and allows those students to choose their own dream job apprenticeship. These students also participate in workshops that reinforce the critical role that school plays in helping them achieve their goals. Chris unique method reinforces the school-to-career to create life-changing motivation. (sparkprogram.org/index.php)
