Chairperson Ante presided the meeting. Chairperson Ante asked the body to give assessment during the Prop Act.

Councilor Miller expressed her thoughts and feelings towards what happened in the Prop Act specifically to the chanting. Councilor Criador: May mga natuwa sa chant, at sinubukan gayahin. Councilor Go: May sense naman yung mga sinasabi. Councilor Holt: Maraming tao. Chairperson Ante: Around 200 ang dumalo. Negative: CAS Representative Bucay: Dispersed sana ang USC. Councilor Melu: Punctuality CDC Representative Tesorero: Alam dapat ng lahat ang program flow. Councilor Holt: Nag-chant si CDC Councilor Alon Velasquez. Nakakagulat. CDC Representative Tesorero: May mga natakot na Freshies dahil sa chant na to. Councilor Holt: Hindi nasunod ang timeframe na 5:30-6:30pm. Councilor Villarmino: Nagulat sa mga nagsalita. Councilor Holt: Competent ang mga nagsalita, pero the bottomline is hindi napulido yung program. Meet halfway. Pag nag-plan ng program, be honest, be open.

CAS Representative Bucay: Yung program open naman sa lahat. Iba iba yung way pero pareho lang naman ang panawagan. Councilor Holt: Magkaroon ng close deal kung ano ang mangyayari, ano ang dapat abangan. CA Representative Dela Cruz arrived at 9:50 p.m. Chairperson Ante: The issue of budget cut is never light. Councilor Criador: Nagulat siguro yung freshies kung paano inaddress yung issue, culture shock. Councilor Holt: Kailangang mamulat ang freshies sa ganitong culture sa UP. Hindi kailangang mag-euphemize. Chairperson Ante: Kakausapin ko personally si Kayla. Chairperson Ante asked for over-all assessment. Councilor Holt: Agahan next time lalo na ni Bucay at Ynik. Mas matinding preparation next time and understanding sa bawat isa. Councilor Criador: Sana at least a day before polished na, alam na ng bawat isa ang gagawin. CAS Representative Bucay: Sana na-improve yung orghop/dormhop. Chairperson Ante: Isa ito sa bihirang pagkakataon na nakapag-organize ng mobilization ang USC. Chairperson Ante commended the body. Chairperson Ante said that there will be a meeting tomorrow at 5 p.m. with Maam Afuang. Chairperson Ante said that USC Oath taking will be on June 25, Monday, 1:30 p.m. at Makiling Ballroom Hall. Chairperson Ante said the USC should set a meeting with SOAD tentatively on first week of August. Other matters CEAT Representative Mercado: Ipalinis ang office sabi ni Tita Raquel Chairperson Ante: Deliberations will be moved on June 25, Monday at 5 p.m. Venue is TBA.
