send this Notice of Sale of De Minimis Assets on September 14, 2007 to notify known parties in interest asserting a Lien on the De Minimis Assets (as defined herein) being sold of such sale. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT as soon as practicable under the provisions of the Sale and Abandonment Order, the Debtors will sell the following De Minimis Assets described herein: (a) The De Minimis Assets are: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) (vii) (viii) (ix) (x) (b) (c) 20 P.E.T.S. The De Minimis Assets are being sold to the Purchaser for the amount of $25,000.00. The Debtors marketed the De Minimis Assets to businesses that were thought or known to use such equipment. The purchase price for the De Minimis Assets is the best offer that the Debtors received. The De Minimis Assets are being sold as-is and where-is with no representations and warranties by the Debtors. The Purchaser will incur substantially all costs associated with moving the De Minimis Assets.
