Work plan BUILDING No. 603 & 608.

1. Mobilization
1.1.

available offices at site for OPM engineers, technicians and employees as well as the engineers and supervisors of SANG supervision office and shall ensure availability of electrical current, water lines from the currently available source if possible or as an alternative, to secure such facilities at the cost of the establishment without any tangible or intangible compensation.

2. Civil works

All cracks of all external & internal will be repair by specil material from FOSAM CO. and we will submit a sample to the OPM & SANG ENG, for approval. 2.12. we will supply "two roof tanks 5000 lit, and new pipe from underground water to 3-latrines, and provide 1-beam pad for the polyethane plastic tanks. 2.13. Clean and repair all downspout drain & paint all with weather resistance paint , match the existing external walls color.

2.14. Water proofing and thermal insulation works. 2.14.1.

3. Mechanical.

4 ELECTRICAL.

SITE WORKS.

TESTING AND COMMISSIONING.

Testing will be the responsibility of AL-SHAYAE EST. and will be performed at the site or approved testing laboratory if requested by OPM engineers.

DEMOBILIZATION.
All temporary structure will be demobilized upon project completion.

ASBUILT DRAWINGS.
AL-SHAYAE Est. will maintain a full size set of subcontract drawing for depicting a daily record of as-built condition. This drawing will be maintained in a current, reproducible condition at all times during the entire subcontract period and will be readily available for review by OPM engineers at all times. The as-built drawing will be updated daily and showing all changes from the subcontract plans, which are made in the work, or additional information which may be uncovered in the course of construction. This information will be recorded on the prints accurately and neatly with details and notes.

INITIAL HANDOVER.
After the project is completed it is time to initially hand over the site to OPM and SANG engineers.

FINAL HANDOVER.
One year after the initial hand over, final hand over will take place.
