NOTIFICATION

N0:- 18/5/2013/3-C1, In exercise of the power conferred by sub section(1) of section 3 of the
Haryana Municipal (Act 24 of 1973) 1973 and 3(2) of Haryana Municipal Amendment Act
1994, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to declare to constitute the Municipality of Nangal
Chaudhary in District Mahendergarh.
Any inhabitant of the said Municipality of the local area in respect of which this
notification is published, who object to the proposed constitution of the Municipality, may
submit his objection, if any in writing through the Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh to
the Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Urban Local Bodies, Chandigarh, within
a period of 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette,
after the expiry of which the State Government shall not take such objection into
consideration.
