637503.(hereinafter called as “MORTGAGOR”, which term shall mean and
include her legal representative, heirs, administrators, successors, executors
and assigns of other OTHER PART.

Whereas the mortgagee M/s Piramal Capital and Housing Finance


Limited formerly known as Dewan Housing Finance Corporation
Limited (DHFL) had advances and lent loans amount of Rs.56,72,547/-
(Rupees Fifty Six Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Five Hundred And Forty
Seven Only) to 1.Mrs.P.Rahini, 2.Mr.C.Subramani and whereas of secure
the repayment of the said loan amount the mortgagors has on 31.08.2018
executed a deed of memorandum of deposit of title deeds and said deed was
registered as document No.2934/2018 at No-1 joint sub registration office,
Salem(West) on the security of the property fully mentioned in Schedule-A.

WHEREAS we have received the interest due on the mortgage from time
to time and have also received the entire principal due under the mortgage.

The receipt of the principal due in the full and final payment received said
mortgage stands duly discharged.
Description of Property
In Salem District, Salem West Registration District, Salem West Sub
Registration District, Salem Taluk, No.53, Mitta Iyyamperumampatti
Village in survey no.42/4A for this Sub-division Survey no.42/4A1 of land
was plotted into house sites and roads under the name of N.G.G.O Colony
and layout approval obtained in no.36/70 in this plot no.36 for and extent of
3227 Sq.ft in this 1575 sq.ft in this 12½ sq.ft of land was deducted for road
crossing remaining 1562½ Sq.ft of Plot No.36 Western part within the
following boundaries
North By---- Plot no.35
South by----- Road
East by--- Ramaining land of Mr.Sai Prasad
West by-- Road
Measurements for an extent
East-west on the north 35 feet,
East-west on the South 35 feet,
North-South on the east 45 feet,
North-South on the West 45 feet
