BAC MINUTES No. 09, SERIES OF 2012 MINUTES OF THE BAC MEETING HELD AT THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE (CAMALIGAN PASTORAL CENTER) LAST 2 APRIL 2012 AT 2:40 OCLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON. Regidor BAC Member The meeting started at 2:40 P.M. with a call to order by the BAC Chairman. The presence of a quorum was determined after the checking of attendance. The reading of the journal of the 14 March 2012 meeting was made. The journal for the 14 March 2012 meeting was approved in toto without any correction. The order of the agenda for this meeting was read out, to wit: 1. Purchase Requests submitted for the week: a. Mayors Office for the following purchases i. 8 pcs. Tarpaulin Printing (5x10 - 8 oz) in the amount of PhP 7,200.00; ii. 65 pax Lunch and 2 snacks/Training supplies and materials (PESO Managers Meeting) in the amount of PhP 9,000.00; iii. 500 pax Snacks for the New Municipal Building Inauguration in the amount of PhP 28,800.00; iv. Printing materials in the amount of Php 9,382.75; v. Upgrading and repair of computer in the amount of PhP 6,808.00. b. Municipal Health Office for medical supplies in the amount of PhP 37,293.00. 2. Purchase Requests submitted for bidding: a. Purchase of Materials for the rehabilitation works of roads and drainages at Tampac, Sua, San Roque and Camaligan Central School in the amount of PhP 93,000.00 (under PR No. G-005-12); b. Purchase of Bakery Equipment (Electric/Gas Oven, Dough Mixer and Dough Roller) in the amount of PhP 250,000.00 (under PR No. 006-12); c. Purchase of 1 unit Garbage/Dump Truck (6 cum; Second Hand) and Service Vehicle (24 seater; Brand New) in the amount of PhP 900,000.00 (under PR No. 007-12); d. Construction of Road at Barangay Sto. Domingo, Camaligan in the amount of PhP 250,000.00 (under PR No. INF-001-12). 3. Other matters. The first agendum for this meeting, the purchase requests submitted for the week, was discussed by the body. All these purchase requests were recommended by the BAC for shopping using Section 52, 1.b. of the revised IRR of RA 9184. These will be submitted for PhilGEPS posting and canvass only after the BAC had issued the necessary BAC resolutions and approved by the Mayor. The second item in the agenda, the four purchase requests for bidding, was approved to be bid at 10:00 A.M. on 18 April 2012. The venue selected for bidding was the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Camaligan, Camarines Sur. There were no other matters discussed.
