BAC MINUTES No. 18, SERIES OF 2012 MINUTES OF THE BAC MEETING HELD AT THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN SESSION HALL,LAST 28 AUGUST 2012 AT 10:30 OCLOCK IN THE MORNING. ATTENDANCE: PresentNancy A. Polotan TWG Member The meeting started at 10:30A.M. with a call to order by the BAC Chairman.The presence of a quorum was determined after the checking of attendance. The reading of the journal of the 20 July 2012 meeting was dispensed with but was considered approved.(absent) The order of the agenda for this meeting was read out, to wit: 1. 2. Other matters. The first agendum for this meeting, the purchase requests submitted for the week, was discussed by the body. Purchase requests numbers 1 and 3 were recommended by the BAC for shopping using Section 52, 1.b. of the revised IRR of RA 9184, provided that the respective requesting offices are able to submit the other requirements of the BAC stated in other remarks of the BAC Recommendation Form. These will be submitted for PhilGEPS posting and canvass only after the BAC had issued the necessary BAC resolutions and approved by the Mayor. The other purchase requests listed above were recommendedeither for bidding or rebidding. The bidding/rebidding activity was scheduled by the BAC on 25 September 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Camaligan, Camarines Sur. Items Numbers 4 and 10 were held in abeyance, while Item number 7 was amended to include the purchase of mini-dump truck only in the amount of PhP 600,000.00. Aft0er disposing all of its business for the day, the BAC adjourned at 11:45A.M.
