PREFACE

There is much difference between saying and doing. So, it is not enough to get only the theoretical knowledge. Theoretical knowledge provides only the base to learn the concepts theoretically. INDUSTRIAL VISIT is necessary because it bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical training. The practical knowledge is necessary because practically leads a man towards

The field of material and manufacturing management has been expanding with better speed now days. This report covers all aspects of materials and manufacturing management of the company.

This project contains the information regarding the management of the REVA PROTEINS LIMITED and its prestige in the market and the graphical representation of the some important points. At the proper places analysis and comments are also made. At the end SWOT analysis is reported. I hope this serves the purpose.
