Article Title: IMPORTANCE OF PRACTICAL

"The great aim of education is not knowledge but action."

This quote, said by Herbert Spencer, clearly shows the importance of application of knowledge and their
symbiotic relationship .Knowledge is just about found everywhere. In nature, in your books and of course, the
internet. It forms an integral part of our whole educational system. And this is where application come into
picture. You see knowledge cannot be utilized without experience. It needs an appendage to move about and
do its work. The way we understand a piece of information depends solely on how we experience it.
Name: Mst. Aman Application provides this experience to a learner. In fact, many researches and studies have clearly shown that
Sambari practice together with theory help increase the aptitude and potential of a student. It might seem ironic and
paradoxical that a person with many degrees and qualifications but without experience on a topic is worse
Grade: VIII Div A than a wayside common man. This is represented by this funny yet important anecdote.
'A certain man with a lot of knowledge in mechanical engineering was driving his car on a highway. As luck
would have it, his car suddenly halted. Jumping outside, he opened the hood of his car and started fiddling
with the components. A passing motorist stopped to observe his futile attempts at isolating the problem. After
a while, he could not resist commenting "excuse me sir, but I think your fuel tank is empty. Please check that
first". And so it turned out to be'. The story on the outset might seem silly, but that's actually the truth! The
symbiosis between knowledge and application is thus special because one cannot be used to full effect
without the other's help. This is summed up by another quote -
"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn".
Thus the involvement of a student in applying knowledge is very important during learning, and this in turn
proves the real importance of application .
