CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION TO THE COLLEGES OF OXFORD UNIVERSITY INTERVIEWS - DECEMBER 2011

Following a preliminary assessment of your application, the college is pleased to confirm that you are invited to attend for interview at Oxford. Please note that the college may not be that originally expressed as your college of preference on your UCAS application, as many subject disciplines reallocate candidates to ensure that appropriately qualified candidates are given the opportunity to be interviewed, even where they originally expressed a preference for an oversubscribed college. YOU MUST COME TO OXFORD BY THE TIME GIVEN ON THE ADMISSIONS TIMETABLE (http://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate_courses/how_to_apply) UNLESS YOUR COLLEGE SPECIFIES A DIFFERENT DATE/TIME. Please state below what time you intend to arrive in Oxford. You should report to this College as soon as possible after your arrival in Oxford, as interviews may have been arranged for you earlier than the time shown on the timetable based on the time of arrival you state on the reply slip below. Candidates for a few subjects (details in the prospectus) will be set a written test when they arrive in Oxford. It is important, therefore, that you do not arrive later than the time specified. If, for exceptional reasons, you are unable to attend at the stated time and date, you should immediately notify this College. PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW (IN BLOCK LETTERS) AND RETURN IT AS DIRECTED BELOW NB: DUE TO THE VAST NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS, WE ARE UNABLE TO CONFIRM RECEIPT. PLEASE ASSUME YOUR ROOM WILL BE READY. Board and lodging will be provided at the College free of charge for the period you are required. If you live a long distance from Oxford, and will need to travel the day before your interview in order to reach Oxford by the time stated, please indicate that you will require accommodation for the extra night when you complete the slip below. If you wish to make your own arrangements for accommodation outside College, you should seek the agreement of the Tutor for Admissions at this college. When you reach the College, you should report to the Porter's Lodge, where you will be notified of the interview arrangements, and given a welcome letter with further information. You should check interview times as soon as you arrive, and at intervals thereafter, as you may be required at other colleges at short notice. Before you leave, please make sure that you have notified the appropriate staff in your college of your departure. Before departing to attend for interview at Oxford you may find it helpful to consult the map of Oxford inside the back cover of the University Prospectus (copies of which are available at schools) or on the web at www.ox.ac.uk/aboutoxford/maps/. Please retain the top half of this page for reference when you come to Oxford for interview.
