The guidelines for best practices, human-civil-legal rights, transparency and Accountability are part of the design to increase engagement in awareness in cultural competencies in Urban Milwaukee; as well as, to promote better access for ALL. Our programming highlights the engagement of African American, other People of Color and Work-Challenged Milwaukeeans. These are the folk that by design are targeted, exploited, bullied, threatened and funds stolen.
