Three Stateswomen from District 11-Ohio Called to Action

for use of Jury Trial for Retaliatory Eviction law 1923.06(B)

2/11/2023
BEDFORD and WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS | Mary Glass, Purchaser of the $650.00 Jury
Trial – 1923.06(B), researcher/advocate for the Homeless and Evicted, and Named
Defendant announced that Judge Brian Melling, Bedford Municipal Court has violated his
Oath of Office to do NO Harm in the judicial branch in a Status Report for an Ohio JURY
TRIAL on February 7, 2023. His stringent behavior “enslaved” Glass and guaranteed an
unsuccessful ending of her Ohio Rule of Law.
(B) Every summons issued under this section to recover residential premises
shall contain the following language printed in a conspicuous manner: "A
complaint to evict you has been filed with this court. No person shall be evicted
unless the person's right to possession has ended and no person shall be evicted
in retaliation for the exercise of the person's lawful rights. If you are depositing
rent with the clerk of this court you shall continue to deposit such rent until
the time of the court hearing. The failure to continue to deposit such rent may
result in your eviction. You may request a trial by jury. You have
the right to seek legal assistance. If you cannot afford a lawyer, you may contact
your local legal aid or legal service office. If none is available, you may contact
your local bar association."

CALLED TO ACTION – FEBRUARY 11, 2023 by MARY GLASS
“I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice
without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich,
and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties
incumbent upon me as _________ under the Constitution and laws of the
United States.”
Judge Melling has gone too far in wrongdoing. He failed to provide the tools for his job and
allowed bias, unethical behavior of the Plaintiffs and his office to interfere with the rights of
Mary Glass.
Judge Melling THREATENED with a “BENCH WARRANT OF ARREST” if
Glass did not appear on Valentine’s Day, 9:00 am for the trial she purchased for
$650.00 on December 29, 2022.

“I DISAGREE WITH THIS “ENSLAVEMENT OF JOHN MELLING JUDGE OF

BEDFORD OHIO COURT,” said Mary Glass
