lawmakers in Nashville Tennessee. They are REPEATEDLY TARGETING
African American stakeholders with RACIAL DISPARITY BEHAVIOR.

The Governor is BILL LEE (R).

An outspoken Senator is BRENT TAYLOR (R).

MURDERED, HORRIFIC - TRAGEDY

TYRE NICHOLS – Father, son, FedX employee, lover of skateboarding

On January 7, 2023, Tyre Nichols, a 29-year-old black man,
was fatally injured by five black police officers in Memphis,
Tennessee, and died three days later. The officers, all members of
the Memphis Police Department (MPD) SCORPION[a] unit, pulled
Nichols from his car before pepper spraying and tasering him.
Nichols broke free and ran toward his mother's house, which was
less than a mile (1.6 km) away. Five black officers caught up with
Nichols near the house, where they punched, kicked and pepper
sprayed him, and struck him with a baton. Medics on the scene
failed to administer care for 16 minutes after arriving. Nichols was
admitted to the hospital in critical condition.
On January 10, 2023, three (3) days later, TYRE NICHOLS died in the
hospital.
A horrific tragedy.

He was WRONGFULLY STOPPED, BRUTALLY BEATEN and HIS CIVIL

RIGHTS protections was taken by a group of Black vicious Memphis
Police that must be brought to justice to pay for their OATH and
MISSION FAILURE.

They were called the SCORPION UNIT (Street Crimes Operation to Restore

They are: Demetrius Haley, Tadarrius Bean, Justin Smith,

Emmitt Martin III, and Desmond Mills Jr.

The five (5) former officers are now facing federal civil rights charges
in the beating death of Tyre Nichols as they continue to fight second-
degree murder charges in state courts arising from the killing.
