patients of Ohio and Wisconsin are the focus of Mary Glass, a
patient unsatisfied with sought health care in the city of
Cleveland, Ohio.

The city of Cleveland is known for health hospitals and leadership

of health care. Massive advertisement of quality assurance is why

Glass chose to receive an opinion on two (2) brain concussions
that were incurred in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2019.

Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC/MPA-LLC is
looking at how our federal healthcare funding is being spent.

We are specifically interested in how small-medium-large

conglomerates of memberships are formed, and what they do
to impact the improvement and success of healthcare from
urgent healthcare to pandemic scare.

What does the American College of healthcare
executives do?
The American College of Healthcare Executives is an international
professional society of more than 48,000 healthcare executives who lead
hospitals, healthcare systems, and other healthcare organizations. ACHE's
mission is to advance its members and healthcare leadership excellence.
What does healthcare executive do?
Health care executives are often figureheads who speak on behalf of the
facility to legislators, regulation boards, physicians, and the public.
Executives spend significant time in leadership meetings to communicate
how the organization is performing.
IS healthcare administration a stressful job?
On the flip side, hospital administrators face unrelenting stress. Irregular hours,
phone calls at home, keeping up with government regulations, and managing sticky
personnel matters make the job stressful. Weighing the pros and cons of hospital
administration jobs can lead to a well-informed career decision

White Coats for Black Lives have been selected to provide

guidance in DISMANTLING RACISM. White Coats for Black Lives is a nonprofit
social justice student organization based in the United States. Founded in 2014 in response
to the Black Lives Matter movement, WC4BL supports efforts to fight racism in medicine and
health care national@whitecoats4blacklives.org.

HUSCH BLACKWELL is a law firm out of Kansas with 800 attorneys

across the globe providing consultation and legal assistance. We have
highlighted one of their African American lawyers, Nacenti Seabury from
Chicago.

NORTHERN OH

REFUSED CUSTOMER SERVICE & PACT REPORTING in

HEALTHCARE
To my surprise, the regional medical association of
Cleveland and Northern Ohio – AMCNO/ACADEMY OF
MEDICINE of CLEVELAND & NORTHERN OH refused to refer me to a certified
doctor – per an AMCNO physician member. JEN JOHNS, Executive Director,
AMCNO, refused to return my calls or respond to emails and faxes, said Mary
Glass, patient.

Mary Glass, Milwaukee patient, has been repeatedly deprived of

HEALTHCARE and placed in HARM’S WAY by staffs of Cleveland Clinic,
University Hospital, UH Ahuja, Oak Street Hill, and the region’s professional
Medical Association – Academy of Medicine of Cleveland and Northern OH.

AMCNO Executive Director Jen Johns triggered a representative name

(VALARIE) – refused to share her authenticity of an ON/OFF referral of a
doctor from AMCNO. The doctor was available and accepting NEW patients,
then called me back – next day - with he was NOT receiving NEW PATIENTS
and she was cancelling my appointment – END OF CALL. END OF
COMMUNICATION.

JEN JOHNS and VALARIE (AMCNO), LATASHA WRIGHT, Practice Supervisor

(UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL), UNITY HEALTH NETWORK & WESTERN RESERVE W.
SUE KITHCART - SENIOR LEVEL ADMINISTRATION, UNITY HEALTH NETWORK
& WESTERN RESERVE engaged in lack of due diligence for quality health
management and care on behalf of the HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY.

My lack of health care, privacy, safety of medical records have contributed to

a BLACKBALLING of medical services and protocol within calls to University
Hospital doctors’ offices. It has revealed a pattern of PACT reporting that has
NO PLACE in the PUBLIC HEALTH arena for the PROTECTION of the public.

 PACT REPORTING is a procedure discovered for the entire staff team to
protect the lead team – doctors, residents, managers, and administrators. It
is a method to cover up for AVOIDANCE OF HEALTH CARE and appropriate
procedures to promote customer services and a GOOD STANDARD OF Care.

Health care services were/are disappointing at Cleveland Clinic, University

Hospital, UH Ahuja, Hill Street and Academy of Medicine of Cleveland and
Northern OH/AMCNO.

The mission of AMCNO is to support physicians in being strong advocates for

all patients and promote the practice of the highest quality of medicine.

UNFORTUNATELY, AMCNO leadership staff led by Jen Johns, Executive

Director, has contributed to avoidance and delayed medical service for
patient Mary Glass. Lack of medical attention, EXPOSED MEDICAL RECORDS,
has contributed to MARY GLASS being BLACKBALLED (bar, exclude).
