ACT 2OI7 RE AD WITH RULE 12 & 13 OF ELECTION RULE
2017.

Respected Sir,

With reference to the Form No. 5-publication of preliminary

delimitation of National / Provincial Assemblies Constituencies,2022 the petitioner

is hereby filing this objection petition against the preliminary delimitation of PP-

I l5-Faisalabad-XlX with proposed delimitation as under along with grounds: -

l. That the aggrieved petitioner (Muhammad Tariq S/o Muhammad Aslam

Pervaiz) is presently resident of House No.P-817, StreetNo.5, Mohallah Main

Bazar, Punj Peer, City Faisalabad and a registered voter in PP-115-

Iraisalabad-XlX.

2. That form No.5-preliminary delimitation 2022 of National / Provincial

Assemblies has been published and displayed for filing representations within

due date.

3. That the preliminary delimitation of PP-l l5-Faisalabad-XlX is not according

to the principals of delimitation.

CROUNDS:

i) According to the preliminary delimitation Charge No.55 of Metropolitan

Corporation Faisalabad is included in PP-llS-Faisalabad-XlX without

keeping in view compactness and the ground realities.

ii) That according to the physical compactness and physical feature census

Charge No.55 of Metropolitan Corporation Faisalabad should be part of

I'P- I I 6-Faisalabad-XX.

iii) Keeping in view, delimitation principal i.e. homogeneity assurance, the

census Charge No.55 of Metropolitan Corporation Faisalabad should be

included in PP- I l6-Faisalabad-XX because enmity between two political

groups in PP-l l5-Faisalabad-XlX is at its peak. An untoward incident of

tiring was occuned during General Election-20I8. Resultantly, so many

voters were injured including myself (aggrieved petitioner). Therefore,

exclusion of census Charge No.55 from PP-l l5-Faisalabad-XlX is in the

public interest at large.

iv) 'l'hat to avoid any dangerous practice and to maintain law & order situation

in the constituency ll5-Faisalabad-XlX the census Charge No.55

Metropolitan Corporation Faisalabad be excluded from this constituent

and included the same in PP-l16-Faisalabad-XX.

v) That thc preliminary delimitation & proposal of PP-I15-Faisalabad-XlX

and PP- I l6-Faisalabad-XX along with maps are attached herewith lbr kind

perusal of the Honourable Election Commission of Pakistan, Islamabad.

Under lhe above-mentioned circumstances, it is humbly

prayed thal the proposed amendments, ohernations and

modifications may please be accepled in the following

mgnner:

By excluding Census Charge No.55 of Metropolitan Corporation Faisalabad

from PP- I I 5-Faisalabad-XlX and including the same in PP- I l6-Faisalabad-XX.

Any other relief which the Honourable Election Commission of Pakistan

deems appropriate may kindly also be awarded.
