ACT 2OI7 READ WITH RULE 12 & 13 OF ELECTION RULE
2017.

Respected Sir,

With reference to the Form No. 5-publication of preliminary

delimitation of National / Provincial Assemblies Constituencies,2022 the petitioner

is hereby filing this objection petition against the preliminary delimitation of PP-

108-Faisalabad-Xll with proposed delimitation as under along with grounds: -

l That the aggrieved petitioner (Zahid Ali S/o Diwan Ali) is presently resident

of Chak No.30/J.B, Tehsil Sadar, District Faisalabad and a registered voter in

PP- I O7-Faisalabad-Xl.

2. That form No.5-preliminary delimitation 2022 of N ational / Provincial

Assemblies has been published and displayed for filing representations within

due date.

3. That the preliminary delimitation of PP-107-Faisalabad-Xl (Annex-A) is not

according to the principals of delimitation.

GROUNDS:

i) That according to the preliminary delimitation Thikriwala Qanungo Halqa

included in PP-107-Faisalabad-Xl (Annex-A) while the territories of the

Patwar Circle Chak No.3O/J.B is very adjacent with the boundary of PP-

I08-Faisalabad-Kl and also on the side of motorway which falls towards

PP-108 and have no nearest Exit/Entrance to cross the motorway.

Therefore, it is hereby proposed that as per geographical compactness,

physical tbatures & communication of facilities this Patwar Circles namely

Chak No.30/J.B of Thikriwala Qanungo Halqa should be the part of PP-

108-Faisalabad-Xll in the interest ofpublic at large.

ii) 'Ihat according to geographical compactness, physical feature and

homogeneity assuftmce the Patwar Circle Chak No.l90/R.B of Gatfwala

Qanungo Halqa should be a part of PP-97-Faisalabad-I. The community

residents of this Patwar Circle will be converted into minority because the

major part of this community has been included in tIrc PP-97-Faisalabad-I.

Therefore, exclusion of this Patwar Circle from PP-108-Faisalabad-Xll &

inclusion the same in PP-97-Faisalabad-I is in the public interest at large

because voter importance the minor part of the community not be

devalued. Therefore, it is hereby proposed to maintain the proposed

amendments in PP-107-Faisalabad-Xl the preliminary delimitation of PP-

1O8-Faisalabad-Xll may be adjusted as mentioned-above.

iii) That for compactness and the uniform the population of the constituencies

Patwar Circle Chak No.84/J.B & Chak No.88/J.B of Sirshameer Qanungo

Halqa Tehsil Sadar Faisalabad be included in PP-IO7-Faisalabad-Xl and

excluded from PP-106-Faisalabad-X. Resultantly, there is no effect neither

on equality of population nor geographical features / compactness by this

exclusion because population of PP- 106-Faisalabad-X is : 404,204 as per

Election Commission of Pakistan Islamabad Description (Annexure-A).

iv) That due to proposed modification, alteration and amendment in

prel im i nary del i m itation of PP- I 07-Faisalabad-Xl, proposals for PP- I 08-

Faisalabad-)fl I, PP- I 06-Faisalabad-X and PP-97-Faisalabad-I along with

maps (Annexure-A, B, D & C) are attached herewith for kind perusal of

the Honourable Election Commission of Pakistan, Islamabad.

Under the sbove-mentioned circumslances, il is

humbly proyed that the amendments,

slternstions and modiJications may please be

accepted in thefollowing mannet:

l. By inclusion Chak No.3O/J.B of Thikriwala Qanungo Ilalqa Tehsil Sadar

Faisalabad in PP-108-Faisalabad-Xll and by exclusion the same from PP-

107-Faisalabad-Xl.

2. By exclusion Patwar Circle Chak No.l90/RB of Gattwala Qanungo

Halqa Tehsil Sadar Faisalabad from PP-10&Faisalabad-Xll and by

inclusion the same in PP-97-Faisalabad-I.

3. By inclusion Patwar Circle Chak No.E4lJ.B & Chak No.88/J.B of

Sirshameer Qanungo Halqa Tehsil Sadar Faisalabad in PP-107-

Faisalabad-Xl and by exclusion the same from PP-105-Faiselabad-X.

Any other relief which the Honourable Election Commission of Pakistan deems

appropriate may kindly also be awarded.
