Rationale of the study

Globalization is the dominating factor in todays world. One country is dependent on other countrys product or services. Who produce goods and services and sell it to other country is known as exporter and who buy or receive that is known as importer. Usually exporter and importer are from two different countries. They are unknown to each other. So there is a big risk factor to do business. Bank plays the role between exporter and importer to eliminate this risk. The process bank materialize export import business is known as foreign exchange management. So it would be rational to study about this topics which has vast impact on international business management.
