    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: In line with the nutrition program provided by the school personnel to every pupil in Carusucan Elementary School, there are 104 malnourished students out of 268 based on the conducted survey. This alarmed the school to pursue for a nutrition assistance to its students. Anent to this, we are requesting from your good office a supply of deworming medicine" for our malnourished pupils. We believed that this would be of great help to our pupils to have a healthy body and mind as they pursue their dreams in life. We would appreciate your generosity to our school as our partner in this endevour. Thank you very much!
