ALTERNATIVE ACTIVITY (PRE-FINAL EVENT)

Type of event: Feeding Program at Elementary Barangay Tapia General Trias Cavite

a. Marketing

I was invited by the PYAP via text messages. They give information on the venue, including the time
and location. They also text me instructions on what to bring, which I will relay to them. Also, on
website we invite some volunteer to join our program. We also text the teachers that we volunteer
a feeding program in the school.

b. Program Content and Execution

We serve the pupils in sections; there are 60 students in all. We encouraged them with food to need
them to line up. The feeding program intends to offer supplemental support for children in
elementary facilities through a meal program. Through increased nutrition and health education, it
also strives to enhance the knowledge, attitude, and behaviors of children in elementary facilities
and parents.

c. Venue

The venue at Elementary Barangay Tapia General Trias Cavite. The program is open air, which means
that enjoying time in nature and being exposed to natural light may help you feel better and reduce
stress and sadness. It has a simple tarpaulin theme.

d. Food and Beverage

We served them chicken sopas with pandesal and water. The chicken sopas have a lot of vegetable.
Feeding highly active them and provide them with the nutrients they need to go about their daily
lives and be more responsible students, allowing them to strive to a better future. Finally, the
advantages of feeding programs extend beyond providing children with nutritional meals.

I. Event Concept

We, the PYAP members, are proposing a feeding program. The event is a feeding program held at Tapia
General Elementary School General Trias Cavite. April 27, 2022 is the date. We notice certain pupils are
underweight and weak when we plan the food program, providing good meals to malnourished children
can help to remedy the situation.
II. Evaluation

The advantage is that our program works since all of the children are fed and healthy. We can all see
how joyful the students are when they recite in class. The food is tasty and contains nutritious
vegetables. The disadvantage is that there are fewer students who did not receive meals because they
don’t want to eat it.

III. Recommendations and conclusion

The program has been a success, and the children are contented. However, I believe that we should
provide certain activities and toys for the children to enjoy. The children are in a neat line, and they are
delighted to see food on the table. Better focus and performance in school are connected to a healthy
diet and lifestyle. On an empty stomach, no one can efficiently concentrate or attend lessons. As a
result, eating nutritious and healthful meals will help students perform better in school. We are all glad
that all of the children are fed and healthy.
