KidZania Kuala Lumpur is an indoor family edutainment centre which offers an interactive learning and entertainment experience for kids in a kid-sized city to deliver the first-of-its-kind edutainment fun. Purchasing Tickets Online Guests can pre-purchase their tickets online through our online ticketing system. Tickets can be bought as early as one-day in advance, or up to 3 months in advance.

The Company runs and operates this facility stipulates the following terms and conditions to customers who wish to enter KidZania Kuala Lumpur. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Admission or entrance of Adults without Toddlers or Kids is prohibited. Kids under the age of 8 are not allowed to enter KidZania Kuala Lumpur without being accompanied by an Adult. Adults with Kids under the age 8 must remain inside KidZania Kuala Lumpur throughout the duration of the visit. Temporary exits are not allowed for Kids at all times. The Management and Staff of KidZania Kuala Lumpur reserve the right to refuse admission and/or to remove from KidZania Kuala Lumpur any person failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions. Official identification may be requested at the point of entry or at any time during the visit to KidZania Kuala Lumpur. The Staff of KidZania Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to conduct searches on Visitors bags upon entrance into KidZania Kuala Lumpur. The Management reserves the right to deny admission into KidZania Kuala Lumpur once it reaches its maximum Visitors capacity. In the event of any emergency procedures, all Visitors must follow the instructions given by the Management and Staff of KidZania Kuala Lumpur.

TICKETS

All Visitors entering KidZania Kuala Lumpur must have a valid entrance ticket. Tickets sold are non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. All tickets purchased will only be valid for the chosen session and date. Security bracelets are non-transferable. A convenience fee of RM 2.00 is charged for every transaction online.

PAYPAL INFORMATION

For online purchases via PayPal, a temporary 1 USD charge might appear in the buyers transaction history as a temporary authorization by PayPal. This is to verify that the buyers credit card or debit card is in good order. The charge appears as pending and is automatically removed after the full amount of the purchase is processed. This temporary charge also applies to

purchases that may have gone into a session timeout. It may take a few minutes or up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer, for the transaction to be removed and the USD 1.00 to be released to the buyers card. If the authorization charge remains on the buyers card after 30 days, we suggest the buyer contact the card issuer. For any issues related to PayPal, kindly contact PayPals Customer Service by logging onto PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/my/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_contact-phone and following their instructions there.

ESTABLISHMENTS

The Management reserves the right to alter or change the role playing activities and establishments if at any time it is deemed necessary to do so. Age restrictions may apply to certain establishments, please refer to the information board available at entrance of all establishments. Adults are not allowed to participate in the role play establishments. Adults are not allowed to queue on behalf of Kids to enter the establishments. Adults are welcomed to enter the following establishments Theatre, Urbanos House and Parents Lounge. The activities are limited, as indicated on the information board of these establishments. Babies, Toddlers and Kids are not allowed to enter the Parents Lounge. Some establishments in KidZania Kuala Lumpur may be temporarily closed for maintenance, remodelling and/or private events. The climbing and jumping over the railings, stands or any other structure is strictly prohibited.

PROHIBITIONS

The Management reserves the right to alter any terms and conditions without prior notice. Any persons that disrupt the harmony and peace of KidZania Kuala Lumpur will be requested to leave KidZania Kuala Lumpur without refund. No pets are allowed in KidZania Kuala Lumpur. No outside food and beverages are allowed inside KidZania Kuala Lumpur. Commercial photography and filming is strictly prohibited inside KidZania Kuala Lumpur. Theft or loss of personal belonging is at the Visitors risk. Drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited in KidZania Kuala Lumpur.

Visitors are not permitted to sell any goods, services or any other matter capable of being sold (including but not limited to tickets) within KidZania Kuala Lumpur.

Purchase Rules
Before proceeding with your ticket purchase please read the kidzania.com.my Terms and Conditions of Purchase (the Terms & Conditions) carefully. These Terms & Conditions form the basis of the contract between you and Rakan Riang Sdn Bhd (RRSB), the owner and operator of the kidzania.com.my website.

No Cancelations, Exchanges or Refunds

Once confirmed, a ticket purchased on kidzania.com.my (Ticket) may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Tickets are confirmed when full payment is received and when an official invoice and guest entry pass is sent to you.

Ticket Limits for Transaction

Tickets on kidzania.com.my is available for purchases of up to 10 people or less per transaction. For purchases of 11 people or more, kindly make a subsequent transaction for the additional purchase(s). Subsequent transaction(s) will be treated as a fresh transaction and Conditions of Entry will remain applicable.

No Reselling

Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction websites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods and services, either by the original Ticket purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a Ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the Ticket may be refused admission.

Official Invoice and Guest Entry Pass

The Official Invoice and Guest Entry Pass shall be your valid pass to visit KidZania Kuala Lumpur and should be printed out and presented at the online ticketing counter prior to the session in order for you to gain admission.

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change at any time and from time to time without prior notice until your Ticket purchase is confirmed.

Payment in Full

Upon acceptance of the booking, the Tickets must be paid for in full immediately. Once a booking has been paid in full and has been deemed confirmed, Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.

KidZania Kuala Lumpur Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

KidZania Kuala Lumpur shall not be liable, apart from non-excludable liability, for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delays, generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any venue, or vehicle or through the acts or omissions, defaults whether negligent or otherwise, of companies or persons engaged in connection with your Ticket purchase over whom we have no direct and exclusive control over. KidZania Kuala Lumpur shall not be liable whether in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

Third Party Information

KidZania Kuala Lumpur has utilised information provided by third parties and all attempts have been made to ensure the accuracy of this information. Alterations and amendments to such information may occur at any time and from time to time. KidZania Kuala Lumpur shall not be responsible for the accuracy of information provided and any alteration or amendment to such information.

Independence

KidZania Kuala Lumpur is an independently owned and operated business. Any reference to specific events by KidZania Kuala Lumpur is not intended to imply nor should it be understood or assumed that KidZania Kuala Lumpur is endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or otherwise affiliated with the organisers, promoters and/or sponsors of such events.

Enforceability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
