1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ~ Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; it is

not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or
resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right. Love bears all things,
believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

1 Corinthians 15:33 ~ Do not be deceived: "Bad company ruins good morals."

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ~ Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy
Spirit within you, which you have from God? You are not your own; you were bought
with a price. So glorify God in your body.

1 Corinthians 7:3 ~ The husband should give to his wife her conjugal rights, and
likewise the wife to her husband.

1 Corinthians 7:4-5 ~ For the wife does not rule over her own body, but the husband
does; likewise the husband does not rule over his own body, but the wife does. Do
not refuse one another except perhaps by agreement for a season, that you may
devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, lest Satan tempt you
through lack of self-control.

1 Peter 1:13 ~ Therefore gird up your minds, be sober, set your hope fully upon the
grace that is coming to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

1 Peter 3:7 ~ Likewise you husbands, live considerately with your wives, bestowing
honor on the woman as the weaker sex, since you are joint heirs of the grace of life,
in order that your prayers may not be hindered.

1 Peter 4:8 ~ Above all hold unfailing your love for one another, since love covers a
multitude of sins.

1 Peter 5:6-7 ~ Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that in
due time he may exalt you. Cast all your anxieties on him, for he cares about you.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 ~ Therefore encourage one another and build one another up,
just as you are doing.

1 Timothy 6:17-19 ~ As for the rich in this world, charge them not to be haughty,
nor to set their hopes on uncertain riches but on God who richly furnishes us with
everything to enjoy. They are to do good, to be rich in good deeds, liberal and
generous, thus laying up for themselves a good foundation for the future, so that
they may take hold of the life which is life indeed.

1 Timothy 6:6-10 ~ There is great gain in godliness with contentment; for we

brought nothing into the world, and we cannot take anything out of the world; but if
we have food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to
be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and hurtful desires
that plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is the root of all
evils; it is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and
pierced their hearts with many pangs.
2 Corinthians 5:17 ~ Therefore, if any one is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old
has passed away, behold, the new has come.

2 Peter 1:5-6 ~ For this very reason make every effort to supplement your faith with
virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control
with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness,

2 Timothy 1:7 ~ for God did not give us a spirit of timidity but a spirit of power and
love and self-control.

Amos 3:3 ~ "Do two walk together, unless they have made an appointment?

Colossians 3:19 ~ Husbands, love your wives, and do not be harsh with them.

Colossians 3:21 ~ Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become
discouraged.

Daniel 1:14-16 ~ So he hearkened to them in this matter, and tested them for ten
days. At the end of ten days it was seen that they were better in appearance and
fatter in flesh than all the youths who ate the king's rich food. So the steward took
away their rich food and the wine they were to drink, and gave them vegetables.

Deuteronomy 31:8 ~ It is the LORD who goes before you; he will be with you, he will
not fail you or forsake you; do not fear or be dismayed."

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 ~ And these words which I command you this day shall be upon
your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of
them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie
down, and when you rise.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 ~ For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter
under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to
pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down,
and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a
time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a
time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time
to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a
time for war, and a time for peace.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-11 ~ Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for
their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when
he falls and has not another to lift him up. Again, if two lie together, they are warm;
but how can one be warm alone?

Ecclesiastes 5:10 ~ He who loves money will not be satisfied with money; nor he
who loves wealth, with gain: this also is vanity.
Ecclesiastes 7:8-9 ~ Better is the end of a thing than its beginning; and the patient
in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. Be not quick to anger, for anger lodges in
the bosom of fools.

Ephesians 4:26 ~ Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your
anger,

Ephesians 4:29 ~ Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good
for edifying, as fits the occasion, that it may impart grace to those who hear.

Ephesians 4:32 ~ and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another,
as God in Christ forgave you.

Ephesians 5:18 ~ And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery; but be
filled with the Spirit,

Ephesians 5:25 ~ Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave
himself up for her,

Ephesians 5:28 ~ Even so husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He
who loves his wife loves himself.

Ephesians 5:31-33 ~ "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and
be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh." This mystery is a
profound one, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church; however, let
each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her
husband.

Ephesians 6:1-2 ~ Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor
your father and mother" (this is the first commandment with a promise),

reap, if we do not lose heart.

Genesis 2:18-24 ~ Then the LORD God said, "It is not good that the man should be
alone; I will make him a helper fit for him." So out of the ground the LORD God
formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to the
man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called every living
creature, that was its name. The man gave names to all cattle, and to the birds of
the air, and to every beast of the field; but for the man there was not found a helper
fit for him. So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and while he
slept took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh; and the rib which the
LORD God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the
man. Then the man said, "This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she
shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man." Therefore a man leaves
his father and his mother and cleaves to his wife, and they become one flesh.

Hebrews 13:4 ~ Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed
be undefiled; for God will judge the immoral and adulterous.

Hebrews 13:5-6 ~ Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what
you have; for he has said, "I will never fail you nor forsake you." Hence we can
confidently say, "The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid; what can man do to
me?"

James 1:19-21 ~ Know this, my beloved brethren. Let every man be quick to hear,
slow to speak, slow to anger, for the anger of man does not work the righteousness
of God. Therefore put away all filthiness and rank growth of wickedness and receive
with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

John 13:14-15 ~ If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also
ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that you also
should do as I have done to you.

and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it? Otherwise, when he has
laid a foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying,
`This man began to build, and was not able to finish.'

love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot
serve God and mammon."

the beginning made them male and female, and said, `For this reason a man shall
leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one
flesh'? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined
together, let not man put asunder."

Matthew 6:19-21 ~ "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth
and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves
treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do
not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Matthew 6:34 ~ "Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be
anxious for itself. Let the day's own trouble be sufficient for the day.

function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one
of another.

love.
