Office of the Buklod Ambassador MONTHLY PERFORMANCE REPORT For the Month of May and June 2013 DATE May 27 June 1 ACTIVITY 30th Buklod Atenista Leaders Summit in Ateneo de Zamboanga University 1st Online Meeting of Buklod Ambassadors PURPOSE Annual gathering of Buklod Atenista Member Schools Presidents and Ambassadors To talk about the policy on updating, updating on the re-echoing of Buklod matters to respective student governments, updates and follow-ups on Culion, and other matters To formally ask from the University President assistance for the invitation of speakers from Loyola College of Culion to the Midyear Conference Re-echo the things and activities that have transpired in the 30th Buklod Summit For ADNUs hosting of the 30th Buklod Midyear Conference be approved by the admin so Buklod can already implement its resolutions in Ateneo de Naga To discuss the partnership of the University and ADNU-SSG to LGU for certain projects, programs, and activities Re-echo to the SSG Officers the things that have transpired in the 30th Buklod Summit To make the SSG Officers aware of the situation in ADZU and in Zamboanga The Ateneo community wore black and attended the mass intended for our brothers and sisters in Zamboanga REMARKS Accomplished
