Vice President: I Second that motion. So who in charge for the Hotel reservation? Treasurer: erm me. I have call a manager to reserve the ballroom for our event on that nights. So the manager said, there is no reservation on that day. So our date is still same because there is no amendment. President: ouh thank you syahidah. So how about the banner and P.A system? Is it you mr Ricky who is in charge? Mr.ricky: yes Madam. I did the deal with Madisma Art Sdn Bhd to assist the designing for our event. For P.A system, I have told the Media Gallery Sdn. Bhd. to in charge for the sound system. President: ok tq Mr. Ricky, but make sure the cost for the PA system is similar with our budget for the advertising.dont worry madam ermmm so next, what about the food? Mr. Mazuan is it you in charge for the food on that night? Mr.Mazuan: yes. Erm I have call the caterer to booking on 23 February 2012. Charge for each person is Rm50. So we have 100 staff that will attend the event,so the total amount is Rm5000. President: ouh its not expensive,so mazuan how about the menu? Mr.mazuan: A dinner has a Kampung style, western food, some desert such as a cocktail, cakes, ABC, Kuih-muih,and pudding. We also have some hot water and cold water. Vice President: oh that sounds great. So any motion about the menu? Anyone want to add some menu list? Mr. Ricky: I think we have adding some porridge like a bubur kacang,bubur pulut hitam..nyummso delicioushehehehe. Vice President : I agree with your suggestions. Miss Hafizah, please list all the suggestion about the menu. Secretary: Yes, I will list it. President : Any other suggestion regarding the event? Mr firdaus : I would like to suggest to give a souvenirs to the guests. President: What type of souvenirs did you think are suitable, Mr Firdaus? Mr. firdaus : What about give a plaque to all the guest? Treasurer : it is a good idea because it is suitable with our budget for souvenirs.

President : Who want to approve this suggestion? Mr mazuan : I approve this suggestion. President : haa..what about the guest artist? Who is in charge for the guest artist? V President: Im in charge of guest artist. President: did you confirm it with Anita Sarawak? V president: On the previous meeting we had discuss that our guest artist is Anita Srwk, I had call her to confirm about it but in last minutes she has an emergency business that cannot be avoided. President : So any suggestion about the guest artist? Treasurer: I would like to suggest Anuar Zain. Im sure that all the guest will be excited with Anuar. Mr mazuan: I agree with the suggestion because it will attract the audience.
