Aida : Chairman

AIDA : Assalamualaikum and a very good morning/

afternoon. I am glad to welcome all the managers to
the first meeting of the JAHANAM Enterprise. Thank
you; thank you for being present in this meeting.
Besides that, congratulation to all managers on the
sucess been promoted to the position.
ALL : Thank you, Dato' Aida
AIDA : Are there any apologies for absence for today's
meetings? Mimi, would you update?
MIMI : Okey, Dato' Aida. (Pause) Joyah is on medical leave
being admitted at hospital serdang since yesterday,
because of contraction. While, Meon is on business
trip for the joint venture meeting with Dato Vida
company at Pasir Mas, kelantan.
AIDA : For your information, Mimi will be the secretary for
today's meeting. Mimi please distributes the agendas
to all the managers.
ALL : (Everyone receiving the agendas)
AIDA : Okey then. First of all, I would like all of you to
introduce yourself, as today is our first meeting. Let
everyone know each other.
ABU : (Raise up hand)
I'll introduce myself first. My name is Abu Bakar Bin
Othman but everyone call me Abu Burn. My position
is as OPERATION MANAGER
KHALID : My name is Khalid Bin Ahmad. My position is as
FINANCE MANAGER
AIZAT : My name is Mohd Aizat bin Abdullah. My position is
as HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
MIMI : And my name is Nor Fazmimi Bt Nor Azeme. My
position is as MARKETING MANAGER. And also as
SECRETARY for today's meeting.
AIDA : Now let's focus on the agenda of the meeting. Are
there any changes to the agenda?
ALL : **Baca laporan buat-buat muka ada senyum dan
anguk kepala tanda setuju.
MIMI : (Raise up hand)
Dato' Aida, I would like to add planning the Family
Day event.
AIDA : Thank you Mimi, we will make that as item 2.0 on the
agenda. It there any more changes?
ALL : (Everyone Say "NO")
AIDA : If theyre nothing else, that everyone seems to have
agreed. Now let us start with the problem that had
occurred in our company. Aizat, How about the staff
in our company? What is the problem that related to
the staff?
AIZAT : Yes, Dato' Aida. There are some problems about the
staff. As I observed for the recent weeks, I noticed
that there is some staff that comes late to work but
back early.
AIDA : So, how are you going to resolve this problem?
AIZAT : We should give an attendance allowance to all staff
which means if there are staff who come late or back
too early, the the allowance for that staff will be cut
off. I'm very sure that the staff will be agreed with this
idea.
AIDA : Is there any suggestion?
ABU : Excuse me for interrupting, but I have a suggestion
that might be more suitable to overcome this
problem. We should give warning letter to the staff,
whose come late to the work. By doing this, the staff
will be more discipline.
AIDA : Yes, that was a great solution. For the first time
coming late to work, we can give the first warning
letter. After that, if the staff still coming late, we may
suspend that staff for a few days, maybe?
KHALID : (Stamping the table)** Ketuk meja tanda bantah
Objection!!!! I do not really agree with this solution. If
the staff was suspended, then his or her salary will
be cut off, right? Pity on them. Haa, why don't we use
a thumb print attendance system?
MIMI : That's right. The thumb print attendance system also
can make the staff to be more punctual and
discipline.
AIZAT : I move that all the solutions mentioned just now
should be implemented in our company as soon as
possible.
AIDA : Okey, let put it to the vote. How many of you agreed
with the Thumb print attendance?
ALL : (Raise up hands)
AIDA : Seems everyone had agreed. Now let discuss our
Family Day events. When are we going to hold the
event? At which place?
ABU : Maybe we can make it on the next month. And why
don't we hold the event at island like Pulau
Perhentian, Pulau Mabul or maybe Pulau Sipadan?
Is it okey, Dato' Aida?
AIDA : Hmm (while thinking). Okey, we will go for Family
Day event on the next month and about the place,
any other suggestion except from the island?
MIMI : Excuse me, as for me, I prefer to go the Lost World
of Tambun, Perak.
AIZAT : Yes, I am also preferred to go to Lost World of
Tambun, Perak is much better for the kids. I am very
sure that the kids love to be there.
AIDA : Okey, let put it to the vote. How many of you prefer to
go Lost World of Tambun, Perak?
ALL : (Raise up hands)
AIDA : There are majority agreed to go to the Tambun. So, it
is decided. And for this event, I will appoint Abu Burn
to take in charge for this event. Khalid, I heard that
we are having some difficulties with our current
sponsor for our family day. Is there any solution that
has been prepared for this kind of matters?
KHALID : Yes, it is true that we have slight problems with our
previous sponsor; it has been settled by replacing
them with our new sponsor from Bank Terlajak Laku
Keras.
ABU : Dato' Aida. Later, I will prepare the paper work; by
the way I've ordered T-shirt for every staffs. It still on
packing process. I will complete that before event
occurs, Besides that, the budgets for the door gift are
recruiting.
AIDA : Okey Abu Burn, Anything else to add, Mimi?
MIMI : No, Dato'
AIDA : We had lot of good discussion and we accomplished
 a lot. Thank you to the secretary, Mrs Mimi for taking
minutes. This has been a very productives meeting.
So, the next meeting will be on 1st September 2017.
Now, I will look for a motion to adjourn.
AIZAT : I will so move
ALL : (Rise up hand)
AIDA : We have mention to adjourn the meeting and it has
bend seconded. The motion carries and our meeting
is adjourned. Thank you.
