In a company called PT Newmont is a company from Colorado who explores

gold and copper mines in the NTT and NTB areas. the company wants to

invest in a hotel called mandapa aritz carlton reserve, where the hotel

won an award as asia's leading boutique resort. the best hotel concept

in showing interior and exterior design that is very unique, up to date,

and has a modern life style. the company wants to invest in shares and

first wants to hold a meeting at the hotel.

Rahmat : “hello,good afternoon, I'm rahmat sugianto as the manager of

PT Newmont. Did I talk to the hotel secretary of the Mandapa Aritz Carlton

Reserve?”

Puja : “hello,good afternoon. yes I am, if I may know what is going

on sir?”

Rahmat : “I want to meet with your manager, want to hold a

meeting about investing. can i talk to him right now?”

Puja : “sorry sir, the manager is currently in a meeting. is there any

message from you that I can convey to him?”

Rahmat : “of course, please tell him that I want to hold a meeting at the
