Mia (Director) : ”Good morning, Mrs Deya”

Deya (Secretary) : “Good morning Mrs Mia, is there anything I can help you??”

Mia (Director): “Yes, I want you to deliver messages and set the meeting schedule this
afternoon with financial managers and also marketing managers. Because I want to know how
the development of financial and marketing products of the company end of the month.”

Deya (Secretary) : “Okay maam, I will coordinate it first with the financial manager section and
also marketing manager.”

Mia (Director): “All right, if all already coordinated contact me back, thanks.”

Deya ( Secretary) : “Good morning, Mrs Asri.”

Asri (Finance Manager):” Good morning Mrs. deya, can I help you?”

Deya (Secretary) : “Yes, I'd like to send a message from the director, that the director will be
meeting at noon. Do you have free time?”

Asri (Financial Manager) : “I don't think so. At 3:00 p.m., I have a meeting at the branch office.
After that, I'm going to have lunch with Miss rini while signing an agreement on a charity
fundraiser.”

Deya (Secretary): “Well, I'll let the director know. Thankyou.”

Deya ( Secretary) : “Good morning, Mrs indah”

Indah (Marketing Manager): “good morning, Mrs. Deya. Is there anything I can help you with?”

Deya (Secretary) : “Yes, I'd like to send a message from the director that the director wants to
have a meeting at noon today. Do you have enough time?”

Indah ( Marketing Manager) : “I'm very sorry, Mrs. Deya, but I have scheduled for a flight to
London at 4 PM to review our latest launch program there. So for today's afternoon meeting I
couldn't fulfill the director's wishes.”

Deya (Secretary) : “All right, Mrs. Indah I'll coordinate with the director. Thankyou.”

Deya (Secretary) : “Good afternoon Mrs Mia”

Mia (Director): “Good afternoon”

Deya (Secretary) : “I want to inform you that this afternoon's meeting cannot take place.
Because the financial manager has a branch meeting scheduled at 3 PM and the marketing
manager has a flight to London at 4 p.m.”

Mia (Director) : ‘Well, that can wait for today. Instead the meeting will take place next week,
on Monday, May 05, 2012, in the conference hall. Don't forget to inform me. Thankyou”

Deya ( Secretary) : “Okay Mrs thank you.”
