Meeting
Lizbeth (assistant): Good afternoon, welcome to the meeting number 3, the objective
of this, is attend things about the profits of the 3 last months. I give the floor to our
CEO.
Mercy (CEO): Can we start please? ok, I need information about the financial
statements so let’s start with the finance area.
Paola (finance area): good afternoon the results of the reports indicates a decrease of
the utility from July to September. I observed that in the production area exist a poor
handling of the materials.
David (marketing area): sorry for been late
Lizbeth (assistant): ok let’s back to the point, Javier you are the responsible of the
production area, what’s your view?
Javier (production area): I think human resources is not hiring adequate staff.
Rosa (human resources): I don’t agree
Lizbeth (assistant): could you let him finish, please?
Javier (production area): in my opinion the staff lately hired don’t have the necessary
skills for doing a good job and they waste materials.
Lizbeth (assistant): Rosa, please give us your view
Rosa (human resources): I see what he means but we hire the staff with the necessary
requirements so in my opinion the problem is in the marketing area because they are not
accomplish with their functions when promoting the new product.
Lizbeth (assistant): David as a representant of marketing area, are you agree?
David (marketing area): we made a promotion and publicity of the product and it had
a good reception, but we have complaints from the costumers because they say that the
product is not the same as advertising.
Lizbeth (assistant): ok those was the opinion of all, so let’s move to the conclusions
and decisions from the CEO.
Mercy (CEO): according to the discussion in this meeting I conclude that the operation
area is not doing his job properly and this is causing profits go down, I decide that this
area will be monitored and supervised.
Lizbeth (assistant): ok if anyone don’t have other annotations this is the end og the
