    Resepsionis : Good morning Welcome to PT Maju. What can I do for you? (offering
    help)
    Tamu : Good morning I’d like to meet Mrs. Shinta Kharisma. I have an
    appointment with her at 08.00 A.m, and she told me to visit her
    room.
    Resepsionis : Are you Mrs. susi? Tamu
    : yes, I am
    Resepsionis : Mrs. Shinta is waiting for you now, Madam. Let me
    accompany you to get there. (offering help)
    Tamu : Oh my pleasure. Thanks a lot.
    Resepsionis : You’re welcome.

    Dialog 2
    Resepsionis : Good morning Welcome to PT Sejahtera Sentosa. Can I
    help you? (offering help)
    Tamu : Good morning, can I meet Mrs. Antony?
    Resepsionis : Sorry, may I have your name? (asking visitors identity)
    Whether you previously had an appointment with her?
    Tamu : I am Nia, her friend from Jaya company in Singapore. I don’t
    have appointment with her because I just arrived in Indonesia this
    morning.
    Resepsionis : Oh I see. Nice to meet you Mrs Nia May I know there is a
    need of what you want to see Mrs Antony? (asking visitors
    need)
    Tamu : I would like to invite him to attend in my event tonight.
    Resepsionis : Well sir, for the completeness of our information, please fill the
    guest book that we provide.
    Tamu : Okay.

    *** Tamu selesai mengisi buku tamu dan memberikannya ke Resepsionis

    Resepsionis : Thank you. I'll call him in advance to inform about your arrival and
    asking for confirmation. Can you wait briefly.
    Tamu : Of course I'll be waiting.

    *** Resepsionis menelepon Mrs. Antony ***

    Resepsionis : Mrs Nia, Mrs Antony is willing to meet you. Let me


    accompany you into her room (mengantar tamu)
    Tamu : Okay, thank you.

    *** Resepsionis mempertemukan Mrs Nia dengan Mrs. Antony ***

    Resepsionis : Mrs. Antony. She is Mrs. Nia


    from Singapore. (memperkenalkan tamu)
    Mr. Antony : Okay, thank you.
