company, can I meet the company manager.
Security : Okay please wait , i will call the secretary.

Security : excuse me ma'am there is a guesd named m. Arief rachman is here and wants
to meet the manager.
Secretary : thankyou, please come in and tell him to wait in the waiting room.
Security : okay ma’am

Security : mr. Arif please come in and sit in the waiting room the secretary will
immediately pick you up.

Secretary : excuse me ma'am there is a guest wo wants to meet you

Manager : thankyou arsih, tell him to come to my office now.

Secretary : mr. Arif, the manager is ready to meet you please follow me to the room.

Job applicant : thankyou first, i will introduce my self . I graduated from a shipping science
polytecnic and i have also worked for an indian ocean company . And how i am looking for a
company where i can apply my skills.
Manager : we have a job vacancy for a ship's asisstant . Are you interested in this
position?
Job applicant : i am from the shipping departement and i am very interested in studying at
your company.
Manager : very good, i accept you at my company and you can work starting tomorrow
