PM: Hi , thanks for coming today, I’m miss Alleya Naziera, nice to meet you
C: Hello, I’m Safiya. Nice to meet you too
PM: Please have a seat
C: Thankyou Miss
PM: Have you read the information about this job?
C: Yes, it sounds very interesting
PM: What is your field of study ?
C: I studied graphic design at Kolej Vokasional Kuala Krai
PM: Great. Can you tell me about your present job?
C: Well, at the moment i mostly work in T-shirt and jersey design and also photography
PM: How long have you been working in this position?
C: I’ve worked in this job for four years.
PM: Well that’s exactly the kind of person we need here. Why do you think you will be good
for this job ?
C: I think I have good skills in photography. The pictures that i took are aesthetic. I also have
some experience in photo editing in Adobe editing in Adobe Ilustration. As you can see from
my work , I design jersey shirts with my creativity. Most of my works received compliment
from our clients.
PM: Okay, as you know we need someone to work here from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, 6 days a
week. Will you be able to cope with that?
C: Yes, I’m confident that I can do that
PM: Lastly , can you tell me why do you want me to choose you for this job?
C: I really want to work in marketing. This is a great opportunity for my career and i think i
have the right skills for the job. My I know how much will i be paid?
PM: About rm2000 per month. Then, shall we give you a trial period of say one month ? if
you agree, you can start working tomorrow.
C: Yes, i agree with that. Thank you Miss Alleya for giving me the opportunity to work in this
company. I will do my best and will not let you down.
PM: You are welcome. I hope you will enjoy working here with us and always give your best
in every task that is given to you later.
C: I will , Miss
PM: I will see you tomorrow morning.
