Job interview dialogue

This is conversation between HRD and employee who wants to apply a new job.

Adel : Excuse me, Miss, May I come in?

Agnes : Yes please, come in and have a seat

Adel : Thank you, Miss.

Agnes : first off all I will introduce myself, my name is Agnes I am the Head of Human Resources
Department of this advertising company. So, How are you this morning Adel?

Adel : I am great, Miss. Thank you. How about you?

Agnes : very well, thanks for asking. So, should we begin?

Adel :Yes, sure

Agnes : well, can you tell me about your self, adel?

Adel : my name is Adel, I am 20 years old. I graduated from Indonesia university. I took
accounting department as my major. I love reading and travelling. Both improve my skill and
health mentally and physically.

Agnes : you applied to be our accounting staff. Do you have any experience of this job?

Adel : No Miss, I am fresh graduate. This is my first time apply a full time job

Agnes : what makes you decide to apply for accounting staff position?

Adel : I think accounting is an appropriate job position for me. I find attractive and interesting as
wll. Due to accounting major I took. I believe that my skill and talent will be conductive to this
company’s success

Agnes : What is your strength and weakness points?

Adel :My strength is my cheerfulness, carefulness, and my strong will to learn new thigs and my
skill to work under pressure as a team. My weakness is my phobia of dark

Agnes : how much salary do you want in every month?

Adel : I am expecting my salary is three million rupiahs per month

Agnes : why should we hire you?

Adel : because I have very good experience in this field, even this field is my own passion, so I
have a very strong spirit for this field.
