J: Of course sir i was emailed and called by phone in order to have a job interview session from this
company three days ago

P: Very well can you tell me about your self Jesicca?

J: ok let me introducing, I am Jesicca, currently I am a fresh graduate who just graduated in July
2022, majoring in office management automation and I live in curug , then some of the activities
that I have done during school include field work practice for 3 months at a sicer company , and I am
interested in a career in your company with marketing and sales positions because I have
experience in that field
P:ok interested (reading letter) ok in here that written that you have an Experienced for 3 month at
sicer company for being office management in your job before, and in my company i need to have a
employee in office management and digital marketing division are you competent on that offering?

J: I think I can do it because I know the basics of marketing and i have the experience for being office
management
P:ok Good, What is your motivation to work in this company?

J: I researched your company and saw that the company values match my personal values, so
working here will help me achieve a better career. I also ask friends who work in this company about
the work culture, and this culture is very suitable to support my development

J:my strength I can ensure that I can work fast and accurate everyday and for weakness i don't really
smart to do a social interaction iam that type of person that introvert but i can learn to do a social
interaction later

J:for me money is important but experience is more important so I just want to say just pay me
based on my skill and how good iam work in here
