    j: Good afternoon
    k: Good afternoon, I'm here for the job interview for the position of Chief
    Engineer.
    j: Let's start with this question: How do you consider yourself for the
    position?
    k: I consider myself a proactive person who seeks perfection in everything I
    do and I know that I will be able to help the company in a beneficial way.
    j: Why are you looking for this job?
    k: I came to this interview looking for new opportunities to fulfill my goals, I
    also agree with the company's ideals and I have heard good reviews.
    j: I like your attitude and that you are clear about things, what can you offer
    to this company?
    k: I feel that I can contribute all my knowledge, I am very good in physics and
    chemistry, I already have different work experiences and I am willing to move
    up and to be able to innovate in the position.
    j: Do you feel qualified for this job?
    k: Yes, I have already had experience in high-ranking positions, in another
    company I have been a manager but in another area and I do my job
    efficiently, so I feel ready and qualified for this position.
    j: What makes you different from the other applicants?
    k: What makes me different is the respect and absolute responsibility
    towards my work and my desire to overcome my limits.
    j: Well that would be all, are you qualified for the position, welcome.
    k: Thank you very much for your trust, I will do my job and help the company
    to improve.
    J: Do you have any questions?
    k: Yes, in the position will you have to travel to other countries?
    j: Yes, because it is a manager position you will have to travel to the branches
