Alejandra: Good afternoon Sandra and Diego, it is a pleasure to be able to do this

interview, I congratulate you for trying to apply for this position, tell me about yourself

Sandra.

Sandra: I am 23 years old, I study Business Administration at the Private

Technological University of Peru, I found out about the job call through Linkedin, they are

requesting an administrator in your company, I read the requirements and know that I meet

the profile.

Alejandra: Diego tell me about yourself.

Diego: Miss. Alejandra, it is a pleasure, my name is Diego Antonio Peña Bobadilla, I

am 23 years old, I study Architecture, a colleague from the university call me, he told me that

it is a great company and that it has a good work environment, I am willing to take the

position of supervisor, I can achieve a lot for this company, plus the salary you offer is fair.

Alejandra: Sandra, what are you doing right now?

Sandra: I am currently validating my business administration degree at UTP, I am an

administrator at the Zegel Ipae institute, however, one of my biggest dreams is to obtain my

Bachelor's degree, in order to obtain a better position, I have worked in Enosa, from 8:00 am

to 6:30 pm, in an office, I belonged to the Financial Resources area, in my work experience I

obtained monthly diplomas for my good work, when people from the United States visited, I

spoke English with them, I consider myself a person who He is not afraid of challenges, I am

constantly learning and supporting when they want my help, punctuality and compliance, are
the positive things that stand out about me, I study at the university and I always organize to

meet deadlines, in my free time I study courses related to administration , I like challenges,

and the opportunity they offer me seems like an excellent idea.

Alejandra: Diego, what are you doing right now?

Diego: Miss Alejandra, I decided to study architecture because my father is an

example, he is a great architect, I had the opportunity to practice in a construction company

and I liked my role, I consulted the architect of my university about this company, and he told

me that the company is one of the best.

Alejandra: Diego, Do you have any goal?

Diego: My goal is to be able to enter and stand out in my area, design large and

innovative constructions, I am currently studying architecture at UTP, and in my free time I

do exercises, every time there is a championship at the university, I participate and most of

the time my team has won, in my spare time I support my father in his work and learn more

about my career.

Alejandra: Sandra, what is your availability of time to work?

Sandra: Since my work is in the office, I am freely available to work at the hours

designated to me. I am very grateful for giving us the opportunity to introduce ourselves and

to learn more about us.

Alejandra: Diego, what is your availability of time to work?

Diego: For my part Miss Alejandra, I am willing to travel if necessary to supervise

projects, I hope I can get a prompt positive response and in turn I appreciate you being able
