HRD : “Take a seat, please.”


Interviewee : “Yes sir, thank you.”
HRD : “Well, now please tell me a little about your educational
background?”
Interviewee : “I attended elementary school at SDN 2 Demangan, Madiun city, then I
continued school at SMPN 7 Madiun, for high school I attended SMKN 2 Madiun majoring
in online business and marketing.”
HRD : “What made you interested in Department of Electro?”
Interviewee : “What interests me is that Department of electro is in accordance with
current technological advances, good job prospects, and is needed in all fields of industry.”
HRD : “What subjects do you study most?”
Interviewee : “I often study English.”
HRD : “What extra-activities did you join at university?”
Interviewee : “I joined the Entrepreneurship student activity unit, as a member of the
Kominfo division.”
HRD : “Did you take any courses?”
Interviewee : “For now I'm not taking any courses.”
HRD : “What course of study did you make the best and the poorest
grades in?”
Interviewee : “when i was in school i was bad at math but i always got good grades in
english.”

HRD : “Did you get scholarship when you studied at university?”

Interviewee : “No, I didn't get the scholarship.”


HRD : “Any particular academic achievement that you are proud of?”
Interviewee : “Currently no academic achievement has been achieved, but from the student
activity unit, I once won 2nd place in the business realization competition.”
HRD : “How does your education qualify you for this job?”
Interviewee : “I always get pretty good grades, i have also finished my studies until i
graduate from college i think it can help me to get into this job.”
HRD : “What was your Final Project?”
Interviewee : “I finished some assignments and presentations.”
HRD : “Do you plan to go to graduate school?”
Interviewee : “Yes, I do.”
HRD : “Describe your most rewarding college experience?”
Interviewee : “I met good friends, very pleasant lecturers, and also a comfortable learning
environment.”
HRD : “What aspect of your education applies to this position?”
Interviewee : “I can do marketing through social media and the internet, and I can also take
advantage of my English skills.”
HRD : “What training have you received that qualifies you for this
job?”
Interviewee : “There is an interview test, then a skill test, and a written test.”
HRD : “What have you done outside the formal education to improve
yourself?”
Interviewee : “I learn with people around me various things, then I hone my English skills
by watching movies.”
HRD : “What additional training will we have to provide for you if
We hire you?”
Interviewee : “You can practice my skills in English through various things such as
speaking, writing, reading or listening tests.”
