B : My name is Azizyah, I am fresh graduate from Akademi Telkom Jakarta, exactly in

telecommunication engineering major. I am from Jakarta, I have internship experience in PT Telkom Tbk.
Exactly in subsidiary in Singapore for 6 months.

A : Great experience, so what language do you use there, or do you have abilities in others
language?

B : I able to use English, and of course my mothertounge Indonesia.

A : And what other abilities do you have? Ya, even I know you apply in network operator, but I
want to know your basic ability, for example can you operate Microsoft office or google office?

B : Yes, Mam, I can operate it, especially in word, power point and excel, and I know the basic of
publisher.
A : Ok, you have great administration skill, but if urgent situation happen, and you need to drive
by yourself, do you able with it?

B : Sorry Mam, I am not able to drive a car, but I can ride motorcycle and I’ve license and proof
with SIM C.

A : Ok. Do you have question about this company?

B : Oh, yes Mam, I want to ask, as we know PT Babibubebo is a multinational company, do we

have chance to work in company’s subsidiary in abroad?

A : Oh, of course, every employees here, get that chance, moreover if you have good performace
and can get reach the target.

B : Ok, Mam. And I wanna ask you about the policy if the employees wouldn’t be able to work?

A : Ok, you can take absent maximum three times in a month, and if more than it, your salary
deducted 10 dollars per day. And three times absent without confirmation, ya this company gonna fire
you.
