Recruitment script

Applicant: (Knock Knock)


Secretary: Come in
Applicant: Good morning sir
Secretary: Good morning. How can I help you ?
Applicant: I am new applicant. I need to meet with your manager.
Secretary: Give me one second, I need to talk with his officer. (Calling to the officer)
Officer: On the phone: Yes Mr. Ali. How can I help you ?
Secretary: One applicant is asking for entering to manager’s room.
Officer: Tell him that Mr.Abroriddin is busy now. He is currently signing important documents.
Secretary: Ok, I will. (To the applicant). Mr …. Emmm
Applicant: Mr.Azizbek
Secretary: Mr.Azizbek our manager is quite busy now. He has many things to do. Please come here next
week.
Applicant: Ooohh… Ok.
Secretary: Have a good day sir.
Manager: (To officer) Mr.Jaloliddin you know that our company at the moment having competitive
period. We can not hire him now.
Officer: Yes I will do something.
Week after
Applicant: Knock Knock
Secretary: Come in.
Applicant: Good morning sir. I am the employee who came a week before.
Secretary: Yes, I remember you. You are Mr.Azizbek.
Applicant: Yes you are right
Secretary: And you came in purpose to get a job, right?
Applicant: Yes
Secretary: One moment. Hello Mr.Jaloliddin. The applicant came and asking for having a meeting.
Officer: Let him come in
Secretary: Ok. You may come in
Applicant: Good morning sir.
Manager: Good morning.
Applicant: Mr.Abroriddin I need a job.
Manager: Did you bring all documents that we need
Applicant: Yes I did
Manager: Ok give them to our officer and he will check it.
Applicant: Ok (Giving doc. To officer)
Officer: (Looking at resume) Oh, you worked in Sweden.
Applicant: Yes
Officer: So why you left your job?
Applicant: Because of family problems. We had to move from there
Officer: Oh, ok(to manager) All his documents are all right
Applicant: Thank you
After 10 minutes of silent
Manager: I read your resume and your needs that you are requiring from us. But we can not afford such a
employee, it is too expensive.
Applicant: But my job past is quite good
Manager: But you are requiring too much. We can not afford it to an employee.
HR Officer: Okay, let's start the recruitment and selection process for the open managerial
position.

Manager: Great. I am excited to see some good applicants.

Secretary: I have set up the interview for the day, and we have a good applicant which backstory
is quite good

HR Officer: That's great. Before we begin with the interview, let's review the resume and
shortlist the candidates.

The HR officer starts going through the resume and discussing the qualification candidate with
the manager.

HR Officer: This candidate has an MBA in Finance and has experience working in a
multinational company. What do you think, sir?

Manager: I think he might be a good fit for the job. Let's shortlist him for the interview.

They continue going through the resumes, discussing the qualifications and experience of each
candidate.

Secretary: We have only one applicant which qualification suits for our company.

Manager: Ok. So tell him on what time should he be.

The secretary starts making phone calls to the candidate to about the interview.

A few days later:

INT. HR OFFICE - DAY

We see the HR officer, manager, and secretary sitting around the table again. An applicant walks
in for the interview.

HR Officer: Hello, welcome. Please take a seat.

The applicant sits down, and the HR officer starts the interview process.

HR Officer: Can you tell us a little about yourself and your qualifications?

The applicant talks about their experience and qualifications. The HR officer asks a few
questions related to the job.

HR Officer: Thank you for your time. We will get back to you after the final round of interviews.

The applicant leaves, and the HR officer takes notes.

Manager: What do you think of the candidate?


HR Officer: I think he is a strong candidate. He has the qualifications and experience we are
looking for.

A day later:

INT. HR OFFICE - DAY

Manager: Let's start the final round of interviews.

The first candidate walks in for the interview.

Manager: Can you tell us what skills you can bring to the company if you are selected for the
job?

The candidate talks about their skills and experience.

After the interviews, the HR officer and manager discuss the candidates.

HR Officer: The candidate is strong and I think the candidate might be a better fit for the job.

Manager: I agree. Let's offer him the job.

The HR officer contacts the candidate and offers him the job. The candidate accepts the offer.
