SETTING: The Interview was happened in meeting hall, which is the office room,
there is a long table in the center and there is two chairs named The Manager
and The Assistant Manager.

SCENE 1: Introduction

(The Manager and Assistant Manager were coming to the office. )

(Soundar and Ragunath were in the corridor.)

Manager: Good morning to all, Welcome to “INFO TECH COMPANY” . Today, the Business interview was happening
for the post of Human Resource(HR). More number of candidates would apply the post, but we conduct Interview
Round 1 to 4, Round 1 which is apply for the post through online and Round 2 which online test and there is
interactive questions,Round 3 is aptitude test but most of the persons have left because they get less marks. So,
they missed, But today There are two candidate who get good mark in aptitude test. Today is the Final Round,
which is complicated and must be interesting. Let’s Start!

Assistant Manager: Welcome to all, Today there is Business Interview which was taken by Manager and me. Let’s
start!
(Manager and Assistant Manager were entering into the meeting hall)
After 2 min…..
(Peon entered into the Meeting hall)
Peon : Good morning Sirs, whether you want tea or coffee?
Manager: I want Tea with little sugar.
Assistant Manager: I want Coffee.
Peon: Ok sir.
After 10 minutes….
(Peon entered the hall with tea and coffee, He gave tea and coffee to Manager and Assistant Manager.)
Assistant Manager to Manager : Sir, we can start.
Manager: yeah!
After 5 min…
(Manager press the bell. Peon entered the room)
Peon: Sir, Anything you want?
Assistant Manager: Call Mr. Soundar
Peon: Yes sir.
(Peon get out from the hall and call Soundar)

Soundar: Yes sir, I am Soundar.

Peon: You can go inside.

Soundar: Okay sir, Thank you.

(Soundar knock the door and asking May I come in)

Manager: Yes come in.

Soundar: Good morning sirs! ( He is Standing)

Manager and Assistant Manager: Good Morning. (Take your seat).

Soundar: Thank you sir.

(Soundar gave his file to the Manager , he get the file and read it.)

Manager: Tell us about your qualification and why you think you’re the right position for the job?
Soundar: I completed my B.tech CSBS in SASTRA Univesity. Well. I may not have good CGPA, But I know Programming
language. I treat everyone with Respect and kindness. I am Football team player captan,So, I have a leadership quality.That all
my qualification.

Assistant Manager: There is problem in your team , then how would you handle the problem?

Soundar: First Keep calm and search the solution for the problem, then solve it.

Manager: What are your Strength and Weakness?

Soundar: I think one of my Strength is leadership because I am a team captan of my football team and team work
confidence. My weakness is Sensitive, extrovert, impatient.

Assistant Manager: Why should we hire you?

Soundar: I confident that I very much suitable for this role because I am self-motivater and I enjoy problem
solving..I think this position will support my interest and also give me interesting and exciting opportunities to contribute to the
growth of this company.

Assistant Manager: What is your salary expectations?

Soundar: Whatever, Because I am a fresher for this post.

Manager: So, that all the interview. You wait outside we will call you later.

Soundar: Thank you Sir.

(Soundar gets out from the meeting hall and sit on the bench)
(Assistant Manager press the bell)
(Peon was entered into the Hall)

Peon: Anything you want sir?

Manager: Call the 2nd Person Mr. Ragunath?

Peon: Calling Mr.Ragunath?

Ragunath: Yes, I am

Peon: you can go inside sir.

(Ragu entered the hall without knocking the door)

Ragu: God Morning sirs
(Without asking permission he sits on the chair and they were watching his attitude)

Manager: Tell us about your qualification and why you think you’re the right position for the job?

Ragu: (Arrogantly) I completed my graduation at IIT Madras on 2015. Then, I have my first Job at TCS for an employer, So, I
have a experience of 8 years, so I am right person this job which is suits for me.

Assistant Manager: There is problem in your team , then how would you handle the problem?

Ragu: (rudely) Who created that problem we can reduce his salary. So, next time he didn’t create it and who can solve the
problem we can increase his promotion.

Manager: What are your Strength and Weakness?

Ragu: I am introvert, always being alone I do my work within the time but i am last minuter. This is my strength
and weakness.

Assistant Manager: Why should we hire you?

Ragu: (arrogantly) I know all programming language for example c,c++, Java, Java script, python,HTML.etc…. and
I have a experience of 8 years in TCS company.

Assistant Manager: Why should you came from that company?

Ragu: Insufficient of work and Salary.

Manager: What is your expectations?

Ragu: I have been worked 8 years for that company and I am experienced guy, So, I expected between 25 to 30LPA.

Manager: That’s all the interview. You may go outside we will come you back.

(Ragu gets put from the Hall without saying Thank you to them)

(Manager and Assistant Manager were discussing who gonna take this job)

Manager: I think Soundar is the right guy because he is calm and solve his problem in right way.

Assistant Manger: I also think that same, but the 2nd person Ragu is such a arrogant guy. He is not suit for this job, how
much experience he have, But he is not respect anyone.
Manager: So we announce that Mr.Soundar is recruit for this position.

(After discussing Manager and Assistant Manager both of them came out from the meeting hall)

Manager: So we announce ,The HR position goes to Mr. Soundar!

Soundar: Thank you sir, I promise you to work hard and positive influence.

(Ragu gets frustrated and gets out from the office)

Manager: Sometimes qualification and experience are nothing, how could you handle the problem and how would relieve
from it. How much experience you have, But respect and discipline are the most. You first respect your colleagues and your
superior person.

Assistant Manager: You’re absolutely right sir, Respect and discipline comes first and qualification and experience comes
next.
