seniors, starting from you SENIOR EMPLOYEE 1.

SENIOR EMPLOYEE 1: Good day, I'm______ and I've been working in this company as
_______ for the past 10 years.

SENIOR EMPLOYEE 2: Good day, I'm______ and I've been working in this company as
_______ for the past 8 years.

SENIOR EMPLOYEE 4: Good day, I'm______ and I've been working in this company as
_______ for the past 10 years same as SENIOR EMPLOYEE 1.

MANAGER: Now, so much for the introduction let's proceed to the objective of this meeting.
You can now start your presentation SENIOR EMPLOYEE 1 and SENIOR EMPLOYEE 4.

(SENIOR EMPLOYEE 1 and SENIOR EMPLOYEE 4, will discuss the sales last month,
and what is the target for this month)

SENIOR EMPLOYEE 1: That's the end of our presentation. Thank you.

Everyone: *claps*

MANAGER: Thank you SENIOR EMPLOYEE 1 and SENIOR EMPLOYEE 4.

NARRATOR: The manager then distributes the task to be accomplished by the employees
before the month ends.
MANAGER:I know you'll all do well to meet our target for this month's, I'm expecting all your
proposals tomorrow, better if you already have later. Meeting adjourn. Thank you everyone.

Everyone: Thank you MANAGER.

NARRATOR: After the meeting, all the employees started to do their assigned task. The seniors
were helping each other and they've been sharing ideas and working out together, then they will
consult to their manager. And so do the newly hired employees, they also do their part, and been
making sure to consult to their senior before they go to their manager.

For the whole week, all the employees have been striving really hard it is also because their
deadline is due.

Fast forward to the end of the month, report of sales.

MANAGER: Everyone, we met our target. Congratulations. It is also thanks to the hard work of
our senior employees. Thank you.

NARRATOR: When the manager congratulated the seniors, you can see how dissatisfied and
disappointed the newly hired employees were. They felt that it is so unfair to only acknowledge
the seniors when they both exerted the same effort in doing their task.

The manager then assigned another task for the next month's and dismissed the meeting.

Everyone except the newly hired employees leave the conference room with a smile. The
employees started to do their work, but you can observe how unmotivated the newly hired were.

For the past 2 days of behaving like that, the senior noticed it and decided to talk what are the
newly hired employees' concern.

SENIOR EMPLOYEE 2: Excuse me, but you've been acting so unmotivated lately, Can you
tell me what's wrong?

NEWLY HIRED 2: Well, we basically lost our motivation. Our effort was not recognized
where in fact, we tried to do our best as you seniors do. We exerted the same effort in doing our
assigned task but why is it that only you seniors were recognized? It's just so unfair.

NEWLY HIRED 1: I really agree, it is so unfair for us.

SENIOR EMPLOYEE 2: I'm sorry to hear that. We basically don't know that's how you felt.
But I can agree with you. I've been observing your performance too and it is really unfair that
your effort wasn't acknowledge nor recognize. Don't worry, I'll discuss this with my fellow
senior and talk to our manager.

NEWLY HIRED 1 and NEWLY HIRED 2: Thank you so much.

SENIOR EMPLOYEE 2: But promised me, starting today you'll be back to yourselves. Start
doing your work with passion okay?

NEWLY HIRED 1 and NEWLY HIRED 2: We will, thank you so much.

NARRATOR: SENIOR EMPLOYEE 2 discuss the matter to her fellow senior employees and
they agreed that it is indeed unfair and decided to talk about this matter to their manager.

SENIOR EMPLOYEE 1 and SENIOR EMPLOYEE 3 talked to the manager and settle what's
the best to do avoid this incident to happen again.

The newly hired really tried their best to do their work with eagerness. And so do the senior
employees.

Fast forward to the end of the month, report of sales.

your motivation in doing your work. Since this is such a great news, I'll give you all an
incentives. I hope you will all continue to work this hard and even surpass our aim. Thank you
everyone.
