Paragraph: “My job in Netsols company”

Working in Netsols (a branch of an American company in Lahore) was the best
job experience I ever had. First of all, there were very pleasant interpersonal
interactions between the workers, colleagues, customers, and supervisor. All the
employees, customers, and supervisors were very helpful, cooperative, respectful, and
their behavior with each other was mind-blowing and amazing. They shared their ideas,
which encouraged the sense of performing teamwork. This pleasant behavior increased
our comfort and helped us to do our work adequately and helped in a positive growth
career. In this way, the workplace was pleasant for every employee. The second best
feature of this job was harmony related to administrative and supervisor. The
supervisors and administration were very responsible and their behavior with the
employees and customers was very motivational and encouraging. They guided us
properly to make the company more successful. They were very helpful and supported
us when we had to face difficult situations which were beyond our knowledge. They do
not blame their employees if a project failed. They had rules and policies that caused
minor pleasures such as a daily break of 1 hour and they accepted our requests in any
emergency. This resulted in higher job satisfaction and encouraged team spirit. The
third best thing about this job was efficient time management. There were no such
difficult tasks or heavy workload which we did not perform within office time. There were
no demanding work shifts. We had to work only 6 hours a day. In this way, this work
routine did not affect my health at all. Finally, the best feature was the pay. I was getting
a very adequate salary. I also got a bonus each month. The salary was increased every
year. In short, this company was the best place to work I ever had. It was a memorable
experience of my life.
